Course Description:
This workshop will explore the implications of the culture and characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorder on the Child's ability to understand and predict what happens in his/her home environment. Visual supports that enable the Child to keep track of the day's events and activities and develop an understanding of time frame for use in a variety of settings will be addressed. Parents will learn how to use schedules at home.
