Non ESL and Bilingual Teachers will learn the history of the litigation which became the means to providing Students of language backgrounds other than English with equal access to learning and will be exposed to theories of first and second language acquisition, ESL methodologies past and present, and strategies and approaches to second language acquisition.

Certificates will be provided following each 5-hour session.

Participants are expected to attend both sessions of this institute.
