Using the technique of backward design, the session will concentrate on the stages of preparing Science lessons from choosing a topic and applying the appropriate State Standard and Performance Indicators or AGLIs and linguistic objective, to determining what Students will be able to do following the lesson and how to extend this knowledge.

Participants are expected to attend all three sessions of this institute: 09/23/09, 01/13/10 & 03/24/10.
