Description: This workshop will provide an introduction and overview of transition services and planning required to prepare all students (12 and older) for postsecondary success. Participants will learn about how they can facilitate student engagement, opportunities for skill development and access to resources that will support attainment of measurable postsecondary goals.
Audience: Teachers, paraprofessionals, guidance counselors and administrators.
