Transition 2025/2026
Description: Transition Team Leaders and/or Job Developers will collaborate with their colleagues, engage in case conferencing and receive pertinent information related to best practices that facilitate positive student outcomes. These meetings are open to Transition Coordinators, Job Developers and/or a school's designated Transition Team Leader. Transition Team Leaders/Transition staff points at the middle-school level are also encouraged to attend.
