D75-18-480: Music Integration in the Key of Digital
Instructional Technology (STEM) 2018/2019
Description: In this workshop teachers will tech-out and jam on using several digital tools, interactive displays (SMARTBoards), digital audio workstations (i.e. GarageBand), mobile devices, and assistive technology (think Skoog & switches for 12:1:4 classes) and how to best integrate them into instruction. You will also be introduced to a number of apps, web tools, and game-based music creators that can be used for alternate-assessment and standard-assessment students. A certificate will be issued upon completion of the course.
