Description: This workshop is required for all speech therapists new to working with students in District 75. Assessment and goal writing for functional communication skills will be the primary focus of the series. Therapists will learn how to use the CSS Communication Profile. Criteria-referenced and norm-referenced assessments appropriate for the alternate assessment population will be presented. Progress monitoring and intervention planning will also be addressed.
