Description: During this workshop, participants will be introduced to various formal and informal transition and career, assessments and interview tools. Participants will learn how to interpret the information collected to inform and facilitate specially designed instruction, student-centered transition planning, goal-setting and quality IEP development.This workshop is open to middle school and high school teachers, counselors and administrators.
