Description: Hearing Education Services (HES) providers with high school juniors and seniors on their caseloads will review the required transition components on an IEP, agencies that can support students with college and carrer options, and other programs HES students may be eligible for after graduation.This PD is for HES staff only and reccommended for those who are IEP case managers.
