Description: This one-day workshop provides an overview of feeding and swallowing, and the manifestation of feeding disorders/dysphagia in the school setting.
Topics include: identification and assessment of students with feeding difficulties, general principles of feeding intervention, strategies to support mealtime safety, feeding on the IEP, and developing a mealtime plan.
