Description: An overview of services, programs and resources that
facilitate in school and post school success.
It is NEVER too early to plan for the future. This workshop is for parents and guardians of students in elementary, middle and high schools. Participants will learn about transition planning, services and activities that support student success in the areas of education, employment and independent living. Resources and tools that can be used by parents will also be shared.
